New Hartford, NY, May 1, 2019– Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy Inc. (GKG) of New Hartford, New York has announced an expansion of its professional team with Mollie Foster joining as Client Success Manager and Natalie Streifert joining as Client Advocate; both for the firm’s Employee Benefits division. They will work with employers across New York to establish and maintain benefits programs that help keep them competitive in their marketplace, attractive to good employees, and in control of their benefits expenses.

Foster brings nearly two decades of managerial, human resources, and client service experience. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Director for All Seasonings Ingredients in Oneida, New York. In the community, Foster is a board member of the VVS Education Foundation as well as past board member of Rome Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Oneida. A native of New Hartford, New York, she currently resides in Sherill, New York.
Streifert is a recent graduate of SUNY Polytechnic Institute where she earned an MBA in Technology Management. Prior to joining full time, Streifert participated in GKG’s post-graduate internship program where she was exposed to various components of the firm’s operations. In the community, Streifert has volunteered for various organizations including the Utica Zoo and Boilermaker Road Race. She currently coaches soccer at SUNY Polytechnic and volunteers as assistant coach for Syracuse Development Academy. Streifert is a native and current resident of Rome, New York.
