NYS Paid Family Leave: How Employers Can Prepare for 2018

We will be hosting a half-day seminar to cover the ins and outs of New York’s new Paid Family Leave regulations.

We will also be live-streaming this seminar for those who are unable to join us onsite (New Hartford, NY).

 

Effective January 1, 2018, ALL private employers (even those who are not subject to FMLA) with employees domiciled in New York State will be mandated to provide Paid Family Leave (PFL) benefits to both full-time and part-time employees. While this legislation has similarities to federal FMLA, there are many differences. It’s important that you understand the legislation and what it means for you, as an employer.

NOTE: because more details are now available, this seminar will provide significantly MORE information than what was included in our webinar on this topic back in April. If you joined us in April, you should still consider attending this new session.
