Talent Development Track
We're usually pretty modest, but...we're proud to have some big goals. And those goals include investing in the future of our awesome team!
Our Talent Development Track is designed to jumpstart a long-term career at GKG by providing participants with comprehensive, foundational training. GKG Associates on this track gain real experience across multiple departments through a rotational, hands-on role within the agency, actively supporting GKG's delivery of a Far From Ordinary Client Experience.This is a short-term, full-time position (typically 6-18 months), and by the end of the program, Associates will have gained a broad range of exposure and technical skills across all areas of our business. This isn't busywork, it's a launchpad to finding your ideal, long-term career at GKG.
