New Hartford, NY, November 27, 2017 – For the 11th consecutive year, Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy Inc. of New Hartford, New York has
been named to an elite group of insurance agencies identified by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) and Reagan Consulting as employing the best business practices in the industry.
The selection means that Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy’s operations, including its outstanding customer retention, growth, stability and financial management have been reviewed, documented for excellence and are serving as models for other insurance agencies to adopt.
More than 1,800 independent agencies throughout the United States were nominated to take part in the study, but only 262 qualified for the honor. To be chosen, the agency had to be among the 35-45 top-performing agencies in one of six revenue categories.
