DESCRIPTION:Note: This webinar is open to members of the Printing Industries Alliance (PIA) only. \nBeginning in 2018\, virtually all private sector employees in New York will be entitled to take paid family leave. Under the law\, eligible employees will be able to take 12 weeks of paid family leave per year. Employers will be required to purchase paid family leave insurance policies or self-insure with premiums funded by employees. While the law is in place\, many of the details are still being finalized.
